When will my order ship?

AOOA Global fulfills orders through multiple fulfillment locations depending on product availability and production requirements.

Here’s how it works : order placed → tracking label created → processing (warehouse / factory) → shipped → item delivered

Processing Time

In-stock Products :

Orders containing products available at our U.S. fulfillment warehouse are generally processed and shipped within 3-7 business days from our Chino, California warehouse.

Made-to-Order Products :

Products that require manufacturing are generally produced within 3-5 business days before shipment. These orders may be shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in China.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to :

• Carrier delays
• Weather
• Holidays
• Custom processing
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• Circumstances outside our control

Tracking Information

Once your order has been fulfilled, we will send tracking information to the email address provided during checkout.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier receives the package.

Where do we ship to?

We offer international shipping and deliver to all countries available for selection at checkout. Shipping fees are covered by us.

Returns & Refunds

We want our customers to have a positive experience with their AOOA purchase. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To request a return :

• The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product should be returned with its original packaging and included components.
• Customers must contact AOOA before sending the product back.

Damaged, Incorrect , or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, defective, or different from you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide :

• Order number
• Photos of the product or issue encountered
• A detailed description of the issue or concern
• Video proof or evidence when requested by our customer service team

Our team will review the information and determine the appropriate solution.

Depending on the situation, an approved solution may include a replacement, return, or refund.

Fitment Issues

Because vehicle brake calipers and wheel configurations can vary, customers should contact us before installation if they have concerns about compatibility.

If our team requested fitment information before your order was shipped, please provide the requested information so we can verify compatibility.

Return Authorization

Please contact AOOA before returning any product.

Do not send a product to an address obtained from a previous shipment or another source unless our customer service team has provided return instructions.

For approved returns, our customer service team will provide the appropriate return instructions.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing generally takes up to 10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.

Non-refundable Situations

A return may not be accepted when :

• More than 30 days have passed since delivery.
• The product has been intentionally damaged.
• The product has been modified or altered after delivery.
• The product has been installed or used in a manner that caused damage.
• The product does not meet the conditions or our return policy.

To properly process your credit card information, we must share your personal and financial information with the merchant bank for authorization and approval.
