When will my order ship?
AOOA Global fulfills orders through multiple fulfillment locations depending on product availability and production requirements.
Here’s how it works : order placed → tracking label created → processing (warehouse / factory) → shipped → item delivered
Processing Time
In-stock Products :
Orders containing products available at our U.S. fulfillment warehouse are generally processed and shipped within 3-7 business days from our Chino, California warehouse.
Made-to-Order Products :
Products that require manufacturing are generally produced within 3-5 business days before shipment. These orders may be shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in China.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to :
- Carrier delays
- Weather
- Holidays
- Custom processing
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Circumstances outside our control
Tracking Information
Once your order has been fulfilled, we will send tracking information to the email address provided during checkout.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier receives the package.
Where do we ship to?
We offer international shipping and deliver to all countries available for selection at checkout. Shipping fees are covered by us.
